Esports Players League (ESPL), one of the new global esports tournament network and online platform now count Latin America among its rapidly expanding territories, having entered into strategic franchisee partnerships with Arena Esports Pro Gaming, Mexico’s premier esports experience brand, grassroots esports community BroooTV in Ecuador, and Versus Esports, a vibrant esports community that spans Panama and Colombia.

“The Latin America is fast growing gaming and esports market with an estimated 234 million gamers in the region.

With these partnerships in place, ESPL has firmly planted our flags in the Latin America region. We are very excited to enter the region with the best partners possible,” said ESPL President Lau Kin Wai.

Arena Esports Pro Gaming will be introducing unique, mobile and online-focused tournaments and esports content to gaming enthusiasts in Mexico.It is Mexico’s leading contributor to the growth of the esports ecosystem, helping brands, sponsors, pro-players, esports teams, and affiliated organizations amplify their efforts regionally.

Furthermore, BroooTV which founded in 2012, is a grassroots organization in Ecuador that delivers esports news, organizes local tournaments, and creates gaming video content.

As Versus Esports is the meeting point for all gamer communities in Colombia and Panama, the organization engages its growing host of gaming enthusiasts by organizing tournaments and keeping fans informed on the latest events across popular mobile and console/PC.

Phase one of ESPL’s global has announce it franchise partnership agreements in SEA and Latin America. Announced partner such as eGG Network – the largest esports TV network in SEA and Australia with approximately 100 million TV viewers – as well as Malaysia’s Axis Esports.

Most recently, ESPL secured backing from venture capital firm 500 Startups and entered into a strategic partnership with India’s fastest growing gaming destination, Paytm First Games.
